- Comments at the top of the script prevent it from running
- DIAMOND can work with fastq.gz rather than fasta files
- Explicitly specified memory use for two rules
- The m8 files produced by DIAMOND are huge, so compressing the output is helpful
- Evalue in the config file was not actually being used in the DIAMOND step
- Tweaked README
- Added note about evalue
